Entangled

Trumpet vine, old and weathered grows around the branches and trunk of a tree while new spring honeysuckle vines climb up through the middle. I loved the warm colors and texture of the older rough vine versus the cool spring greens of the honeysuckle. This is an original watercolor painting involving many hours of work, made with transparent watercolors on 300 lb. cold press paper.

I am honored that Entangled has been purchased by the Indiana State Museum for their permanent collection.
